Zimulti.
Zimulti (rimonabant) is an anti-obesity drug that can be prescribed for patients suffering from obesity in combination with a healthier diet and regular exercise. This drug must be combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise for the patient to benefit from the treatment as much as possible. Always take the right dose prescribed – using more of Zimulti is not going to help you lose more weight. The effects of Zimulti are actually based on reducing your appetite – so it's not going to burn your fat. Zimulti is not supposed to be combined with any other medications without your doctor's consent. The following drugs are important to report if you are taking them at the moment: drugs for normal blood lipid levels, depression medications, HIV medications, medicines for weight loss, epilepsy drugs, antidiabetes medications, St. John’s wort, antifungals, antidepressants, rifampicin, or antibiotics. If you develop any side effects, you will need to decide whether they are serious enough to be reported or can be ignored. The following ones are common but are not expected to last for too long: anorexia, restlessness, irritability, anxiety, sleep problems, vomiting, depression, nausea, dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, or irritability.
